5 Songs That I’ve Gotten From Boys Who’ve Ghosted Me

It’s never fun when you think you have a connection with someone, only for them to disappear without a trace. Unfortunately, this has happened to me more times than I care to admit with different guys. Out of the frustration and hurt that comes with being ghosted, I decided to write about five songs that remind me of the boys who have done this to me. Each song is special in its own way and they all capture the range of emotions that I’ve felt in the aftermath of being ghosted. Whether it’s sadness, anger, or confusion, these songs perfectly sum up what I’m feeling and help me to move on.

1) 5 Songs That I’ve Gotten From Boys Who’ve Ghosted Me

We’ve all been there – you meet a guy, you hit it off, things are going great… and then suddenly, he disappears. No phone call, no text, no nothing. He’s just… gone. It’s called ghosting, and it’s a frustrating (and often hurtful) experience.

But what about the silver lining? While getting ghosted can be a total bummer, sometimes you can at least get a good song out of the deal. Here are five songs that I’ve gotten from boys who’ve ghosted me:

1. “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston

This was the song that I got from my first real boyfriend. We dated for about six months, and things were going great… until he suddenly stopped talking to me. I was heartbroken, and this song really resonated with me. It’s a reminder that even though things didn’t work out with him, I will always love him.

2. “Someone like You” by Adele

This song came from a guy who I was seeing on and off for a while. We had a complicated relationship, and eventually, he just stopped responding to my texts and calls. This song perfectly captures the heartbreak and confusion that I felt at the time.

3. “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” by Taylor Swift

This one is pretty self-explanatory. I got this song from a guy who I dated for a few months, and then he ghosted me. I was angry and hurt, and this song really helped me to get over him.

4. “I Hate Everything About You” by Three Days Grace

This song came from a guy who I was friends with for a while. We started dating, but things just didn’t work out. He ghosted me, and I was really upset. But this song helped me to realize that I didn’t need him in my life – I was better off without him.

5. “Bye Bye Bye” by *NSYNC

This was the song that I got from my high school sweetheart. We dated for two years, and then

2) Why do These Songs Remind Me of My Ex

There are certain songs that just remind us of our exes. Whether it’s because they were our favorite songs when we were together or because they remind us of a particular moment in the relationship, these songs can just hit us right in the feels. Here are five songs that remind me of my ex:

1. “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston

This song reminds me of my first love. We were together for two years and this song always reminded me of him. Even though we’re not together anymore, I still can’t help but think of him every time I hear it.

2. “You’re the One That I Want” by John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John

This song reminds me of my high school sweetheart. We dated for four years and this song always made me think of him. We broke up shortly after graduation, but this song always brings back memories of our time together.

3. “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” by Simple Minds

This song reminds me of my ex-boyfriend who I dated for two years in college. We broke up right after graduation and this song always makes me think of him. I can’t help but wonder if he’s thinking of me when he hears it too.

4. “Every Breath You Take” by The Police

This song reminds me of my most recent ex. We dated for a year and this song always made me think of him. Even though we’re not together anymore, I can’t help but wonder if he’s still thinking of me.

5. “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor

This song reminds me of my ex who I dated for two years. We broke up last year and this song always makes me think of him. It’s a reminder that even though he’s not in my life anymore, I’m still going to be okay.

3) How These Songs Make Me Feel

When it comes to music, I have very eclectic taste. I like everything from classical to rap, and I’m always open to new genres and artists. However, there are certain songs that always make me think of the boys who’ve ghosted me. Whether it’s because they were playing it when we first met or because it reminds me of a happy memory, these songs always make me feel a little bit sad and nostalgic.

1. “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston

This song was playing when I first met one of the boys who ghosted me. We were at a party and I remember dancing with him and thinking that I would always love him. Of course, things didn’t work out and he ended up ghosting me, but this song always makes me think of him.

2. “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole

This song always reminds me of a happy memory. I was on vacation with one of the boys who ghosted me and we were driving to the beach. The sun was setting and this song came on the radio. It was such a perfect moment that I’ll never forget it.

3. “Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing” by Aerosmith

I remember one of the boys who ghosted me used to sing this song to me all the time. He would play it on his guitar and I would just sit and listen, feeling so loved and special. Of course, he eventually stopped playing it and stopped talking to me altogether.

4. “I’ll Be Missing You” by Puff Daddy

This song always makes me think of the boy who ghosted me after we had been dating for a few months. We used to listen to it together and dance around my apartment. I remember thinking that I would never stop missing him.

5. “Ghostbusters” by Ray Parker Jr.

This song always makes me laugh because it’s so ironic. I was listening to it one day after one of the boys who ghosted me had left my life and it just made me think about how he was a “ghostbuster” for sure.

4) What do I Listen to When I’m Missing My Ex

When I’m missing my ex, there are certain songs that always seem to make me feel better. Here are four of them:

This song always seems to make me feel better when I’m missing my ex. It’s a reminder that even though they’re not in my life anymore, I will always love them.

This song is perfect for when you’re missing someone who you used to be close to. It’s about realizing that you’ll never find someone exactly like them, but that’s okay.

3. “I Miss You” by Blink-182

This song is all about the feeling of missing someone. It’s about how sometimes you just need someone to be there, even though they’re not.

4. “Don’t Look Back in Anger” by Oasis

This song is about moving on from a relationship that didn’t work out. It’s about letting go of the anger and resentment and realizing that it’s time to move on.

5) Songs to Help Get Over a Breakup
